We know it's hard to buy fabric online that you haven't seen or felt before. But we also know there's SO much great fabric out there that you will love.
So we give you a full credit on all our products: If you don't like the fabric, just return it, unwashed and uncut to us within 14 days and we'll credit your TaDaa Studio account for the merchandise value (shipping expenses not included).
The same goes for sashiko, patterns, kits and notions, books, etc., as long as they are unused and in new condition.
All gift returns are for store credit only; no credit card refunds are available. Store credits may be used at tadaastudio.com.
Email us at email@example.com to let us know you will be returning an item and we will email you an Return Material Authorization (RMA) number right away to get your return processed.
We’ll send you an email once we’ve received your return and credit your Tadaa account. No problem!
How to do a return:
1. Pack the item in its original box and include your packing slip.
2. Contact us for a return merchandise authorization number (RMA) and mark the number on the outside of the parcel to be returned to us.
3. Consider insuring your package in case it is lost or damaged in transit. TaDaa cannot be responsible for items that are lost or damaged during shipping.
4. Mail your return with the appropriate postage to:

If you no longer have your packing slip, please e-mail us or call us at 734.926.8329 to obtain your RMA# order number. All messages, whether by phone or e-mail, will be returned within 24 hours. A packing slip or order number must be included in your return.
If we make a mistake in your order, let us know right away and we will make it right, no cost to you.
If for whatever reason you're not happy with your purchase we will gladly exchange it for you or provide you with store credit.
